No, Jessica is not yet 21, but she thinks she is. She has deemed Myongdong her favorite shopping spot because of this store, and she and her friends each tried on 14 outfits on their last outing. The salesperson was a little annoyed to say the least by these tweenies who don't speak Korean trying on way too many things only to buy a hat. I'm only glad that I wasn't there to see it...
