By the Han River

With no signs of a break in the heat wave, I decided that I would have to take Stephanie out early morning to get some fresh air and exercise as we have been mostly indoors to avoid the heat. So we packed up her bike and drove down to the river. Though it was still before 9:00, the sun was beating down without mercy and with only brief and sparse bursts of warm breezes, we only managed to go a short distance before turning back and caving in to ice cold beverages at the convenience store. We were sweaty but none of it can be credited to any form of physical exertion and all to heat exhaustion.
